Protect Self Defence offer regular weekly classes for people looking for ongoing training and fitness. This is a highly cost effective way of keeping the self protection and self defence skills and knowledge in the conscious forefront of your mind, and a great way to regularly exercise and get in shape in a supportive and positive environment with like-minded people. Men and women's self defence is covered holistically and we cover all aspects of self protection for real world situations.
Our weekly group classes are engaging, fun and maximise the reality based experience by covering every aspect of self protection.

We have cost effective membership options for 3 and 1 month terms (no fixed terms or contracts), or just come along to a casual session to see what it is all about. Currently, Protect group self defence classes are held in Auckland and Wellington (more classes opening around NZ soon).
1 month: $50 for once per week
3 months: $140 ($10 discount)
Single Casual Session: $20

Student (with student ID) and Emergency Services discounts available

How to Join: You are welcome to join Protect’s group self defence classes at anytime. The first training session costs $20 which is deducted from your first month’s fees when you join. There are no minimum terms, contracts, or anything else, feel free to come and go as you wish.
